I had a mixed experience at Chateau Dale Boutique Resort Spa Villas. The location is convenient and the pool area is nice, but the overall upkeep of the rooms left a lot to be desired. It felt like the place was somewhat run-down and in need of renovation. While the staff was friendly, the noise from ongoing construction made it hard to enjoy my stay fully.

The one-bedroom condo I stayed in had a decent layout, but it seemed outdated with old furniture and shabby decor. It was nice to have a kitchen and a balcony, but basic amenities like soap and dishcloths were missing.

The staff were kind and helpful, but with renovations happening onsite, it wasn’t ideal. The absence of reception was a downside, and it was tough to find someone when I had questions.

The location is great, just a short distance from the beach and local restaurants. I felt it was quite clean and tidy, making it convenient to explore nearby spots.

There wasn't breakfast provided, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including a supermarket just a minute away. The surrounding area had some good eateries.

The pool area was lovely, making it a nice spot to relax. However, the ongoing construction made it hard to use the pool peacefully. They do offer laundry and car hire services, which is a plus.

My stay at Chateau Dale Boutique Resort was a mixed bag. The pool area was fantastic for a quick dip, and the large room with good air conditioning was a plus. However, I found the furnishings to be quite old and in need of some TLC. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and markets, but there was a distinct lack of proper maintenance around the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but there's definitely room for improvement. 🌊🛁

My stay at Chateau Dale Boutique Resort Spa Villas was a mixed bag. The room was spacious and clean, but the overall state of the facilities left a lot to be desired. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the proximity to a bus depot and a food market, but the under-construction lobby and lack of Wi-Fi in the condo were disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at Chateau Dale Boutique Resort Spa Villas. The spacious room with a full kitchen and living area was a pleasant surprise, but the lack of basic supplies like soap and dishcloths was disappointing. The location was indeed convenient with plenty of nearby eateries and the pool area was quite nice, yet there were some maintenance issues and the presence of construction materials at the reception detracted from the overall charm.

The room was like a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, and a fantastic balcony connecting to the bedroom. However, the absence of utensils and other essentials made it difficult for me to cook. I appreciated that the beds and towels were changed daily.

I loved the location—it was close to the beach and 24-hour grocery stores, plus taxis were easily accessible. It was nice and quiet, with a good pool area. However, I found it a bit far from some of the main attractions in Pattaya.
Dining

There were adequate dining options nearby, but I didn’t experience breakfast at the hotel. The poolside area had some food available, but I had to search for menus to know my options.

The amenities were basic and included daily housekeeping. The construction at the lobby was off-putting, but the pool area was nice for a quick dip. I wished for more comprehensive facilities like a proper on-site restaurant but the close proximity to bars and eateries compensated somewhat.
